Our Story and Mission
I was in the Dental Industry for 18 years and decided to have a career change. With the help of Cornwall Council, I went back to college and re-qualified as a Patisserie Baker with Thames College London with the highest grade Honours and opened my own home bakery in Redruth, Cornwall.
